After many open houses, not only to locate
a home, but also an attentive and responsive realtor to help us through the
process, we were unsuccessful. There were several realtors that we had talked
with, none of which were responsive. Ultimately, we were referred to Deb by a
neighbor, she came with glowing reviews; we had reasonable expectations.
At our first meeting, after the formal introductions, Deb identified our needs as well as desires. She presented probing questions that made us dig deep to identify what was important to us versus what was simply a ‘nice to have’ in a home. Quite often there are two people involved with the purchase of a home, each with different needs. Therefore, marrying those needs was easier said than done.
Deb took the time to find the right homes for us to preview, working with short scheduling windows, she did not waste our time nor the time of the sellers. Deb made certain that the homes we looked at not only fit into our ‘needs criteria’, but our ‘budget criteria’ as well.
Finally, after a year of looking for our home we found THE ONE. Deb’s patience ran thin but never ran out. It months for us to close the deal with the sellers, all the time Deb provided us stable advise and reassurance. I know it was trying for Deb but she never gave up on us or our quest. She is a professional through and through. She made a difficult and stressful time, seem far less painful.

Deb referred us to an interior designer, Laura Robbins, of Laura Robbins Interiors, who was as patient and knowledgeable about her craft as Deb is hers. In addition to Laura, Deb had a referral for just about any project that we had. Her contact list is immense. By no means did we ever feel as though were obligated to use any of the referrals provided by Deb. We did our shopping and found that Deb’s referrals were top notch, respected, competitive and skilled.
