She committed to do her best for us and help us along the way .... It started with consultation, a guideline of steps to take and what to expect in the process, who to call for what, plans/strategy on how to achieve top dollar, a commitment to partnership through the process, recommendations for minor home improvements, contacts to help with those improvements. An eagle-eyed home stager (arranged by the Kotlarz group) provided actionable feedback that was very organized and allowed us to run down a list of things to do without many (any) questions. The Kotlarz team checked in regularly to keep us on track and encouraged in the chaos of packing / moving / preparing / plus a busy life.... The sales team was realistic and optimistic about the sale and I trusted we would get the best sale price with the support of the Kotlarz team. In less than a month and a half from deciding to sell, the house was on the market and we had an offer in hand by day 3 (over asking with few contingencies, and above our expectations). Through the showing / sale process, we were traveling so the Kotlarz team even stepped in to make sure our cat didn't get locked in closets or in the garage after showings.

The Kotlarz team is the best of the best with wonderful professionals --- the photographer, the office manager, the sales manager, the closing manager --- everyone!
