From the first open house viewing, it was clear that Tim was in our corner for the duration of our home buying journey. He checked every box as it pertains to the expertise you want in your corner during such a stressful time. And he surrounds himself with the best of the best to support the effort. We truly felt we were cared for the entire step of the way. His professionalism is top notch, and we were lucky enough to enjoy his humorous side too (it is so needed during this process!). My husband and I have very different styles, and unfortunately for Tim I’m the one who needs to understand all of the details. He managed to communicate with both of us in a way that fulfilled our needs and made himself available anytime I needed to understand a bit better, or even just to vent. So grateful to have found Tim to guide us through this big life change!!
