We had a positive, professional experience with Deb and her team. She took the time and care in showing our house by hiring a professional photographer and home stager. The market in our area was soft at the time (in our price range) and we had HOA fees that were discouraging buyers. We worked with Deb and listened to her advice to overcome these negatives and our house ended up selling at fair market value.
Believe it or not, the whole real estate experience was fun at times and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with Deb and her team!
