Deb listed and sold our house this past summer. She was amazing to work with. I am a very organized and detailed person, and love working with someone who is like minded. She and her team guided us through the process in such an efficient manner, making a very stressful time a little less so. She began with an initial visit which catered to identifying all of our needs, goals, and desires. She worked to attain those through the entire process. This was followed by a stager who helped us prepare the home for showing. She also brought in a professional photographer who not only took amazing pictures, but also did a “walk through” video of our home. This culminated in not only extensive online representation, but marketing literature that was beautiful.

The end result is we had 3 offers the first weekend our home was listed! Because of Deb’s great negotiation skills under this situation, we were extremely pleased with the outcome. She did a great job working on our behalf for the best possible outcome. I have to admit, that up to this time, I wasn’t always confident in her strategy, but even though I doubted her, I trusted her and let her do her thing. I am so glad I did. She knows what she is doing!

Deb also has a great understanding of the emotional piece of selling a home-she is more than just a realtor. Even though I was moving on to something wonderful, it was tough leaving my home of 25 years, where I had raised my kids. She understood that and helped me through that hurdle also, keeping me focused on my goals and what I want from my life. 

I would be remiss to not mention the team that she has in her office. There was someone there to guide you stepwise through the process all the time. At each step, there was someone uniquely suited to that process to assist you through it-whether it was getting your home ready to sell, or everything that needed to be done after the offer was accepted. You knew immediately who to reach out to and they were right there. You could contact anyone at any day or time and get an answer quickly, no matter how small the question. I appreciated the detailed written email instructions explaining what needed to be accomplished, and how to do it, at each stage. I felt that they were patient and understanding of the difficult process that is selling a house, and helped you through it very smoothly. 

All in all, I would highly recommend Deb and her team. They were the best!
